The man who viciously coward punched a teenager at Schoolies last year has heinously laughed and taken selfies outside of court after avoiding jail time.
Caleb Maraku was filmed brutally punching the 19-year-old victim in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast in the early hours of November 27.
On Friday 19-year-old Maraku was handed a 12-month good behaviour bond after pleading guilty to assault occasioning bodily harm.
He also pleaded guilty to breaching a banning order, as he was prohibited at the time from being in the area.
After leaving Southport Magistrates Court, Maraku was laughing and joking with reporters, attempting to take selfies for his 'fans'.
